Our Story
When Hills Got Too Hard, We Found a Better Way
My wife and I loved riding bikes for years - exploring towns, staying active, spending time together. There's nothing like the freedom of a good bike ride. But then we started getting older, and way to tired. What used to be fun became hard work, so we just stopped riding.
Then our son Sheki suggested an electric bike. After some research, I found Lectric made the best bike under $1000. Now we ride further than we ever did before. We can go up any hill. We're having more fun on bikes than we've had in years. It's like we got our freedom back.
That's why we opened Paradise Electric Bike. We believe everyone should get to feel that joy of riding, no matter how old you are or how tired you get. Electric bikes make that happen.

I haven't ridden a bike in years. Are electric bikes safe for someone like me?
That's exactly why we're here! Electric bikes are actually safer for folks getting back into riding because you don't have to worry about getting tired and losing control. The motor helps you stay balanced and gives you power when you need it. Plus, if you're worried about balance, our XP Trike has three wheels - no tipping over. Come in for a test ride and see how comfortable you feel.
How far can these bikes go on one charge?
Depends on which bike you choose. Our XP4 can go 50 miles with the standard battery, or up to 85 miles with the bigger battery. The XP Trike goes about 60 miles. The XPedition varies depending on how much you're carrying, but it'll easily handle your daily trips around town. Want to know exactly? Come test ride one and we'll show you.
Do I need a license or insurance to ride an electric bike?
Nope! Electric bikes are treated just like regular bikes. No license, no registration, no insurance required. You can ride them on bike paths, trails, and anywhere regular bikes are allowed. Just remember to wear a helmet - it's the smart thing to do.
Can I try before I buy?
Absolutely! That's the whole point. We don't want you buying something you haven't tried. Call us and we'll set up a test ride. You can try different bikes and see which one feels right. We're open Monday and Tuesday 8:30 to 6, Wednesday through Friday 8:30 to 3, and Saturday 9 to 1. Or we can meet by appointment.
